Paul D. McEwen

Paul McEwen is a fully qualified business loss quantification, valuation and investigative and forensic accounting professional with over 30 years professional experience. In dispute related matters, he has given evidence and his expertise has been accepted over 30 times in a variety of courts and tribunals, in British Columbia, Ontario and Quebec. Paul also provides strategic business valuation advice in the context of acquisition, divestiture, reorganization and succession planning. Paul left the partnership of one of the "Big Four" accounting firms to create McEwen Valuation & Forensic.

Suzanna Crescenzo, CPA, CA, CBV, CFA

Suzanna Crescenzo

Suzanna Crescenzo brings over 20 years of professional experience in the areas of corporate finance, business valuation and accounting. Suzanna spent the first 11 years of her career in corporate finance, ultimately as Associate Director at one of the “Big Five” chartered banks, including equity trading, investment banking, buy side analysis, corporate credit analysis and investment consulting, during which time she consulted on over 25 corporate transactions, ranging in size from $20 million to over $3 billion. Following that, Suzanna entered the fields of accounting and business valuation, ultimately as Vice President at one of the “Big Four” accounting firms, during which time she was involved with over 100 business valuations and investigative and forensic matters in a wide variety of industries. Suzanna has been qualified as an expert and testified in the Supreme Court of British Columbia.
